Hi, I just watched your slideshow too. Well done. Nice backyard. Bit different from the North Vancouver mountains - which by the way - some residents are under evacuation warning tonight because of all the rain we have had. Mary, can slideshows like that be done with PSE3? Can slideshows like yours and Shanes be burned to DVDs? This is all so new to me - but very exciting.

Hi Shari - thanks for the compliment! :) (It was the very first one I did) When I was going to North Vancouver High School and the rains and the melt would come they would announce over the PA system that students living in certain areas would have to report to the bus area to depart for home before the bridges went out.

In PSE to get a good DVD slide show you have to have an additional program to go along with Elements. You can create in PSE 3 or 4 and save it but then you have to bring it into another program like Premier, Roxio or Nero and manipulate it using their slide show program to then burn to DVD. I think the real problem is that Elements is not "just" a slide show program and others like ProShow Gold are. Kind of like if you are going to be all things to all people you probably won't excel at any.
