Hi:

Trying to enhance a photo with some water/haze showing. Is it possible to remove the water/haze in a photo using PSE 4.0? See link below to photo which is on my FLickr site.

The PSE 4.0 manual discusses the Burn and Dodge tools. For the life of me I can't find these tools in PSE 4.0!!! Where are these tools found in the program. Any suggestions?

The dodge and burn tools are located on the toolbar just above the foreground and background tool. Click and hold your mouse button down and the dodge and burn selections will appear. This item also contains the sponge tool.
