How to remove sun rings in photo

Hi:

Just trying to figure out the best way to remove the sun rings from a photo using Adobe Photosop Elements 4.0. Follow link below to my Flickr website to see photo in question.

I think you are looking at a lot of cloning to fix that image.

That really will not be easy to do ... I agree with Joe the clone tool and a lot of work will probably produce the best result :)

It's funny that there's a filter in PSE to put those rings into images! I kind of like them:)

I agree with Carol... leave them in... I would maybe remove only the few
on the right...using the clone tool.... that way you would have a nice
line of them which should create a better flow....

Yes I agree too ... maybe the ones on the far right but leave the others just as they are :)

Just for your information, Mark, that's called lens flare and that's a bad case of it.
