Sabrina hello and welcome. This is definately a great place to learn. Don't forget to join in on the challenges too. They're lots of fun. We have a weekly photography challenge that is listed in the challenge area and set up by a fellow member. :)

Welcome Sabrina to the PSE Forum. I think you will really enjoy this site. There are so many helpful people here with knowledge about anything you could want to know about digital photographs and PSE. You stated you have all the equipment and now want to do some stuff, well, just start shooting and working with PSE4 and ask plenty of questions. Be sure to post your work and let us see how you are doing. If you have any questions, now is the time to start. Bob

Hi Sabrina & Welcome!
Here's some advice I just gave another newcomer:
Take a look at some of the members' galleries. That will show you what some of us are doing with Elements. And most of us learned a lot of that stuff right here from other users. Then check out Wendy's mini tutorials.

The information on this forum is invaluable. Use the Search function to search on keywords for information on your questions. There are also countless free Elements tutorials other places online. They don't have to be just for Elements 4.0. Tutorials on the older versions will teach you a lot of the basics. If you aren't familiar with using Layers, that would be a good place to start. Here are some links that should keep you busy.

If you don't find answers to what you're looking for, be sure to post your questions here. Someone will probably get back to you with an answer within minutes. The people on this forum are the greatest--so generous with their knowledge and support and very friendly. Good luck.

Hmmmmmmmmm I'm thinking Gary and Jodi are doing a little drinking themselves. Their typing fingers aren't working right. (and of course trying to get in this little dig, I made about 10 typing mistakes!! There must be something in the air. Honest I'm not drinking!) :D
