When burning a disc, is there a way to make the settings so that the disc will play over and over again without having to restart at the beginning of the disc each time it is to be replayed?

There is no video audio looping feature in Premiere Elements.
Depending on the length of the Timeline and other factors, you could repeat the entire Timeline as many times as possible, but....
There is a workaround using a program called PcgEdit, I will see if I can find a suitable link. The usual link seems to be down right now.

I cannot get the PgcEdit link to function for the looping procedure. I will try again at another time.
However, I came across this online free tool for "looping DVD". It is called Ifo Edit. I have never tried it, but you may want want to explore its offering.

Is the suggestion of CE doable, that is, do you have a "repeat" function on your DVD player or the DVD player that will playback this DVD-VIDEO?
When you get a chance, please update us with your outcome.
Thanks
