How do you get glare out of eyeglasses?

It will help if you post the picture in order to provide targeted guidance.

It usually comes down to cloning from an adjacent area(s). If one eye is washed out beyond rescue, a not infrequent solution is to copy/paste the good eye, then work on that. The source of the good eye may be from the same picture, or from another picture.
