Please Help

I have a digital photo where the date and time is imprinted on it in bright orange. Is there a way I can remove it, Remember, i am a newbie so please,I need easy instructions:). I have Photoshop Elements 7. Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hi Kari ...

Sadly the only way to do this is to cover it up with something else ... so either put something over it or clone over it using some other part of the image.

Wendy, I tried to attach the Pic but I got an error message saying something about it was missing a "security token". I have no idea what that even means., Thanks for your idea though, i tried the clone stamp and that did the trick good enough.

You could also try cropping the photo if it doesn't crop out too much of what you want.
