I had PSE 6 on my Mac, along with Photoshop CS4. So I used uninstall to uninstall PSE 6 and installed PSE 8. Now Photoshop CS4 says it's missing
some application folders in the Adobe Application Support folder and to re-run the Photoshop installer and reinstall it.
So do I just insert the CS4 disk to have it install the missing components or do I have to remove Photoshop and start over?
This is on a Macbook running Leopard.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi librarycat ...
... and welcome to the Village :)
Put in the disk and see what options it gives you ... there may indeed be one for installing the missing items.

Hi librarycat, you will have to choose Custom Install, rather then easy install, to select the missing items.

Yes, just run the installer and follow the instructions. Hopefully with PSE8 it won't be as big a pain as it was with Elements 6. I just had to do that on my wife's Mac (for E6), and it swapped discs about 15 times before everything finished.
Once it's done, however, you should be all set.
