Finding Organiser

When Im in Quick or Full Edit and open a file, it opens windows Pictures folder. How to I set it to open Elements Organiser?

You cannot do this from the Editor. Once you save the edited photo, there is an option to include the edited photo in the Organizer.

Files normally are to be imported into the Organizer via the Organizer command File->Get Photos...

I couldnt work out why it would 'watch' a folder and collect up the pics but then go back to 'Pictures' when I wanted to use one

and you want to open a file from Organizer, look in upper right hand corner of Editor window and click on Organizer, it will open and you can select files to edit. I think it has been in that location for several versions now.
