I am a new elements 7 user having a playback issue and can use some help. My computer meets all the requirements and then some. Plenty of memory, dual core processor, 1024 mb video card, downloaded the latest version of quicktime. I am shooting with a cannon HG21 HD camera, when I play back my videos thru the cannon software they play fine, thru windows media player they play fine even thru photoshop 7 they play fine but when I play them back in elements 7 they are shaky and out of sync with a clear picture. The sound is fine just the footage jumps around like an old VCR tape. I have printed out adobe's instructions on this issue but can hardly get a grasp on all 15 things they tell you to do. Am i missing something stupid here like a simple setting in the elements program? any help would be greatly appreciated I am ready to jump off the roof
