Upgrade PSE 5 to PSE 7: Organizer

My mother is thinking about upgrading from PSE 5 to PSE 7. I have PSE 7 and am very happy with it.

I don't use the organizer. My mother does. She wants to know whether the organizer tags, etc. she did in PSE 5 will still be available after the upgrade.

While this seems pretty basic, I haven't found an answer other than keeping PSE 5 still on the computer (which my IT husband thinks cannot be the only solution.)

Any thoughts?

The first time you run PSE7 on a computer, it should look for and find your PSE5 catalog, and convert it for use in PSE7. All Organizer tags, captions, notes, GPS locations, stars, version sets, stacks, collections will be available in PSE7. (If PSE7 for some reason doesn't find the PSE5 catalog, you can force the conversion with File->Catalog->Convert)
