Editing previous titles

Is it possible to do this? I noticed a typo in a title in a project, but don't seem to be able to find a way to edit the title, which has a .prtl extension. It does not open up on Photoshop Elements, and I have not found a way to edit it in Premiere Elements. It is quite tedious to re-create a complicated existing title, so any help would be appreciated.

If this is a Premier Elements prob. Try posting in the Premier forum/thread area, I know Tami checks that one frequently, I'm not sure if she does the others.:)
