Can't reset DPI

I've just downloaded the trial version of PE8. I try to change the DPI setting for a given image and it changes the image size automatically. PE7 doesn't do this. Is this a known issue? Is is because it's the trial version?

I wonder if it's because of your "Resample Image" setting.

Check PSE7 to see whether it's on or off, then make PSE8 match and see if it doesn't act the same as the older version.
