Cant download free trial of 8.0

I am attempting to download the free trial of 8.0 - have Windows XP.
Get a message "Error 2350FDI Server error". I have been all over the internet looking for help with this - to no avail - so turn to the experts. Please help. Jean

To build on that tech note, a number of people are reporting problems using Firefox. So use IE to do the download.

Thanks to you both, I am now downloading the trial again. It takes two and a half hours - so still waiting. Wish me luck. Jean
