I am trying to make a wedding program....I have the program all typed up in word with everything just how I want it. How can I paste this into PSE7 without loosing all my different fonts, tab settings, etc? When I copy and paste it mangles it:mad: In PSE I have the decorative part of the program....so I am trying to merge the two!
Thanks for any advice!

"copy" your text from your word document
Grab the text tool and drag out a text box - position your curor in the text box - click and "paste"
I doubt you can paste without a text box.
OOPS - didn't read your post correctly
I haven't found a way to keep the "goodies" when I paste - The text takes on the font that is chosen with the text tool.
Your only choice would be to save the text as a jpg - but then that puts a box of white around the text. And that also limits your ability to edit the text.
You could incorporate the white box as a decoratve item into the program?
I wonder if there is a way of saving the text as a png? But then, you still couldn't edit the text, either.
I make my word document in Times Roman and do all my decorative stuff after I paste the text into PSE. It's still worth it to create in Word because it's easier to read in Word - but ,,,

How about going the other way and inserting the images from Elements into the Word document?

How about going the other way and inserting the images from Elements into the Word document?
Now, I remember - that is what I often do. LOL
Great tip.
