Is anyone else having problems getting into the Subscribers Area? From reading the other threads, it appears as though some of you have gotten in. I still cannot get in even using my code. The Forum is working great. I cannot get into my Gallery either.

Another question???? Why do some of the threads appear one day and then a couple of days later, they come back and say posted Today? I have a problems trying to figure out what day and time it was posted.

Thanks for your help.

Hi :)

I just tired the subscriber area to check it, it works fine for me as well as the gallery. Double check your code? perhaps there's a typo.

As for your thread question, I'm not sure what you mean. If a thread is posted 3 days ago and someone adds a reply say today, it will show the last posted date (today), is that you are asking about?

Thanks for answering so fast Tina. I tried the Code I recieved when I first subscribed but it did not work. I will wait until tomorrow and try to get ahold of a Customer Representative.
As for the other question, you answered it also. I didn't realize that when someone replies, say today, that it says the thread was started today. Stand to reason that that is what would happen.
Your help is greatly appreciated by this rookie.

Hi Garry ...

A few people have realised that their subscription expired on the 31st December ... when did you subscribe and did you do the one year or the two year?

Happy New Year :)

I subscribed on November 7, 2005 and recieved a confirmation from Amanda Churchill. In the Members List it says I subscribed on January 29, 2205. I e-mailed them and this is the answer I got.

Garry,
Thank you for contacting Elements Techniques Newsletter. Unfortunately, we have experienced some technical issues with the website. They have been corrected so there should be no problem with your login. The forum login date does not in any way affect your subscription date with the Newsletter. If you have any further questions please contact our office.

Hi Garry ...

So you should be able to get into the subscriber area OK ... I think that I would try again andd if you still can't get in them I would email them.

Hopefully they will be able to sort it out for you :)

I am still unable to get into the Subscribers Area or My Gallery. I tried to send an e-Mail to Customer Service but would you belive, now my ISP is having problems with my e-mail and I can't get anything out.
Oh well, will have to wait until Tuesday. Hope this is not what the whole new year is going to be.
Just have to keep the faith I guess.
Again Wendy, thank you for all your help.

Hi Garry ...

Its going to get better :) ... hopefully, once they get back into the office and you have managed to send the email, Customer Services will be able to sort it out fairly quickly.

I have my fingers crossed :)

I know this might sound kind of stupid but where do I find my code? I am a subscriber.

I had the same problem. I checked my emails and couldn't find a subscriber code that worked. Then in a moment of inspiration I checked the folder where I keep web pages of receipts and there it was (It starts with PET).
