Are there any instructions anywhere on how to use Grant's tools in PSE 4.0? I know some don't work (e.g. curves) but i'm hoping the others do. I've got them all loaded, but it's not obvious how to use them all (for example, how do you us the alignment tools)?
thanks

Hi Eric ...
Alignment tools are used where you have things on separate layers ...
and lets say you make a small circle and then duplicate it 5 times.
then you move the circles around the screen
but you really want them to be evenly space from top to bottom
This is where the alignment tools come in ... you can link the layers and then use the tools to align the circles ... the icons you see on the tools show you how the alignment will apply.
Hope this helps :)

Wendy,
thanks -- Linking was the key. I tried this before but didn't understand that after linking the layers I must ensure that i only had one layer selected. So it works to link, select one layer, and then apply the effect.
thanks!

Hi Eric ..
Glad to help ...
Its useful for quite a lot of things and saves a lot of time when you are trying to get things in line :)
