I've got PSE5 and i want to put a lot of photo's onto an A4 size document, save onto a disk and take to my local photo printer.
I want the photo's to be around the 2" x 3" size (I'm going to scrapbook photo's of a party). I've tried to do it through 'print multiple photo's' but it won't let me save them as a JPEG, only a TIFF.
I could just copy and paste onto a new document but how do I make sure the photo's are all the same size other than just by eye?
Any other way?

I think I might have had an 'ah ha' moment! I've created a new document and then put the gridlines up. That should solve my problem I think. :)

roundwayhill, you could select each photo with the rectangular marquee tool set to either Fixed Aspect Ratio or Fixed Size.
This will make all the photos the same size.
If all the photos are not in the same resolution you will end up with various size images where not all the faces are the same size.
To correct this would require you scaling them (reduce and/or enlarge).
It would be best if you made them all the same resolution before cropping them.

Create the document you described as above and save the document in TIFF format, open it back up in Editor and save as a JPG.

roundwayhill -
In keeping with the PSE way of being able to do the same thing many different ways :D - how about this?
Try a free program that will build a photo collage using your specs and number of photos. Its called Shape Collage and is available Here (http://www.shapecollage.com/).
You put in your finished size and number of photos and it loads it up for you. I've done a couple using this program and its pretty slick.
Anyway, just another thought.
Good luck with your project,
Steve

My 'copy and paste' method worked! I'm pleased with the results.
I've also downloaded the Shape Collage because i can see a use for that in the future. Thanks guys :)
