Relocating Photos

I need to organize where my photos are located. How can I do this without losing all my tags and upsetting PSE organizer? Please share your knoweldge with this struggling newbie. Thanks!!

If you have already tagged your photos, then use the tags to find them!

Moving them from somewhere on your hard disk to somewhere else on the same hard disk is something I don't recommend; if you commit to using tags to find your photos, it simply doesn't matter what folder the photos are in. Use the power of the Organizer instead of moving things around from folder to folder. (note: I'm not talking about moving the entire set of photos to a different hard disk, which of course might be necessary from time to time)

What is the best way to accomplish this? I need to move all of my pictures/folders, as is, from one place to another. I have 20,000'ish pictures and NEED (not want) to move them.
