Why does it take so long...

...for the Editor to process an action, on a photo called in from the Organizer?

I recently loaded better than a hundred photos into the Organizer, so as to have them right next door to Element 7's 'Full Editor'. However, after tweaking a photo - and hitting 'Apply' - a red band will travel mid-width through the respective photo, with a message stating that processing is in effect. The problem is that this message will remain there until such time as I cloase the program down - no matter how long the wait might have been.

Has anyone else experienced similar?

Hi Nathan, I could be waaaaay off - but did you close the image?
The red band is there until the image is closed.
If it is still in your bin = not closed.

Thanks for responding. I cannot remember my exact steps, right now, but think that you may be on to something with what you wrote. As soon as I get another free moment to do so, I will enter the process again - and let you know how I make out.
