Disc Burn Error

Everytime I click the disc burn button in share it terminates the program. Premier elements 7 using a HP with vista. Any ideas?

Really do need a lot more details to get a handle on this.

1. Computer: Vista 32 or 64 bit?
How much installed and available RAM
What is capacity of local drive and how much free hard drive space do you have there? Are you also using an external hard drive? Where are the Premiere Elements 7 scratch files directed (see Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks)?
Is your computer optimized (and you are not multitasking during burn): defragmented, virtual memory (controlled by operating system or settings customized by you)?

2. What is the project preset (new project dialog) that you set when you opened Premiere Elements? What is the source, format, and duration of the Timeline that you are trying to burn to disc? Are you in Share/Disc/Disc and is your preset in the burn dialog - NTSC_Standard_Dolby DVD or NTSC_Widescreen_Dolby DVD? When you are in the burn dialog and your DVD disc is in the drive tray, what are the Quality Area values for Space Required and Bitrate (Fit Content to Disc checked)?
