Hi I am Tiphaine from England. I just wanted to introduce myself to anyone that may be around. I have been interested in photography for several years now and changed to digital as soon as it came within my price range. My main interest is rather more towards I.T. than photography, although I love both, and I have just written code to allow Elements to include items from its biger brother "7"; Channel mixer, Curves, layer masks, selective colour, etc. and quite a few of my own making. Quite interesting really to know that there is much more functionality in Elements than most people are aware of. The above really are all their just waiting to be used. If anyone is interested email me.
I look forward to some exciting times.

Hi Tiphaine and welcome. I see Grant has already posted. He has generously included those 'extras' on his web site which many of us are already using. Just thought I'd let you know so you aren't offended if no one writes requesting them!
We're a great bunch here. Glad to have you join us.

Hi Tiphaine ...
... and welcome to the forum :) Nice to have someone else from the UK ... where abouts are you ?
Guess you are using PSE2 or PSE3 ... sadly Adobe have blocked access to the addditional tools in PSE4 :( which is why a lot of folks are still using PSE3.

Grant or Wnedy
One of the tools I miss having in PSE4 is the Curves tool. Is that available in PSE2 using Grant's Tools? If so I would consider downloading the tools for use in PSE2. BTW a friend of mine got a direct offer form Adobe for an upgrade to CS2 from PSE2 for $149. I have no heard of that offer anywhere else, Have you?

Only from PSE2 to Photoshop CS2 ?? Wow... 149$, it's cheaper than the upgrade price for Photoshop CS to CS 2 !! Even the current Adobe listed price for an upgrade from Elements to Photoshop CS 2 is 499$...
JUMP ON IT !! :D

Hi Bill ...
Grant's tools do work in PSE2 and you will be able to use curves :) I originally tested them on the Mac in both PSE2 and PSE3 ... but I am sure that the same thing applies for Windows ...

Well, sometimes, it's only a matter of having the URL. You then have to supply your PSE2 serial to be entitled for the offer. Check with your friend, this might be your lucky day !!
