Hello,
I just got PSE 7 the other day and I am trying to use the Magic Extractor tool and it's not working. I looked online at several "how-to" articles and can't figure it out.
Here's what I am doing:
I open the tool and "select" the areas of the shot that I want and then the areas I don't want.
I choose the Preview feature (nothing really happens here).
I then hit "OK" and nothing happens. The little hourglass spins and that's it. The Magic Extractor box just stays there and won't go away until I hit "Reset".
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong as I used this tool before in a trail version I had several months ago and it worked fine. I've looked online for information and since I'm following the proper instructions, I feel like I'm stuck. :mad:
Has anyone had an issue with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
