PSE7 Online Backup Issue

I have a Dell Studio w/ Vista 64 and PSE7.
I'm continually having an issue with the sync mechanism (yes its turned on and albums selected) not keeping sync with my organizer files. I have plenty of online storage remaining. :confused:

Many people have reported problems with the reliability and speed of syncing with Photoshop.com. Until a few days ago, I recommended that people post at the Adobe Photoshop.com forum:

Unlike on most other Adobe forums, Adobe employees would often respond and help out. However, recently an Adobe employee told someone with a sync problem to repost in the Photoshop Elements forum (were employees almost never post and where there don't seem to be any experts in using Photoshop.com).

So my suggestion is to search the Adobe Photoshop.com forum for threads about sync problems (you'll find many) and then post a followup there.

By the way, I don't recommend using Photoshop.com for backup. Besides its speed and reliability issues, it also has serious limitations:

Thank you for the response.
I did look in the other post for photoshop and noted there were several hundred views and countless replies to the very same issue I'm seeing.
As this was advertised as an anchor for PSE7 its to bad Adobe didnt make sure this worked before they released the product.

Regardless, thank you for your ptr and assist.
