Well Good Morning ...

Now that is going to be interesting ... will I end up as a Junior Member?, will I become a Very Senior Member, will I indeed vanish into thin air???

... and when will it happen ?????

I'll put the Champagne on ice ;) ;) ;)

Maybe we should have a pool!

Wendy will hit 10,000 posts on ***your guess here***

I'm going to guess January 7, 2006:)

(we should get PET to donate a prize... )

And we should start working on our Happy 10,000th Post cards for Wendy that we all know how to do in no small part because of her:D

I think we should start a petition to have Wendy elevated to Instructor at 10,000. (Or would you prefer Grand Master:D or Light Source of the Confused and Misguided:D) Believe me - she has "shown me the way" more than once!

Thanks Wendy!

Wendy - hope not - it would be a terrible injustice if my measly posts had me on a higher level than you

By the way - my guess is January 18 (US).

Bayla

I'm going for January 19th. This is based on the fact that Wendy has 473 posts to go and has a current rate of 22.61 posts per day. That means she has 20.91994693 days to go. Of course, if she ups the flow or slows down then it could be earlier or later......(I think that is what is called hedging your bets!)

Bayla

Wendy,

Do you realise that since I did my last calculation you have posted 24 times!! This is more than your average number of posts per day and is not allowed:D At this rate you're going to hit the jackpot much earlier in January, so as I'm celebrating myself on the 13th I'm going to hope that you reach your 10000th post then! Hope it's not at 9am GMT when all our transatlantic friends will still be fast asleep:)

Wonder Wendy, the blemishes, pimple, wrinkle, bad hair day fighter! For a tougher to get rid of hangover, call Wonder Wendy! Spinning as the beach ball* spins while PSE loads, she transforms into this long loved feminine hero!

Wonder Wendy is available as a stand alone doll, 12" tall, or combined with her friend MikeH The Organizer-o-Man. No mess, no Windows, no Error Codes resist the Organizer-o-Man!

To be released in 2006, Grant-O-Silver, the Film Defender! Stay tuned...

Wendy,

I guessed the 18th (just to myself) when this discussion started, simply based on your average number of messages per day. Looks like you may hit the 10,000 mark tonight. Congratulations...and thank you again for your contribution.

I have been back to work for two days. I am beginning to notice that this job is really interfering with my "Elements" time.:(

Wendy
January 4th, 2006, 06:08 PM
Hi Norm ...

The trouble with the averages is that they are spread over about 13 months and I certainly didn't post as much in the early days ... well there were only a couple of hundred of us then :) ... and when the site went down lot of messages vanished so they don't count in the averages either :)

It is amazing how work gets in the way of Elements time ... makes me so glad that I gave up (work that is :) )

Wendy, now I know how you manage to get stuff done!! We're all still in bed and you work. I get on here to read posts and can't get off because new ones keep cropping up. Next thing I know an hour has gone by and I still haven't eaten breakfast. Some days I don't "allow" myself forums time except once so that I do get something done!!

I missed it!!! Wasn't allowed near the computer all night and went to bed early!

Well Done Wendy! Now, who won the bet by guessing the right day? And did you post on the the 4th or the 5th?
