Gallery Wrap problems

I am trying to set up printing so the print will allow a gallery wrap. I am printing on canvas. How do I set this up on PSE7?

Increase the canvas size by about 2" (check the size of the bars that will be used) and fill in with either black or white...thus when wrapping, the soild color is what will be wrapped around creating a defacto border
