OnOne Essentials

I'm in the process of installing things on new computer. Fresh install of Elements 6 and now trying to install OnOne Essentials 2 or 2.1. The 2.1 disk won't even show up on my desktop :( and the Essentials 2 gives me the must have elements 3 or above to load error message.
Anyone else had any of these problems?

You may have to contact their support number. I had a problem when I installed but I can't remember how we solved it. I think they sent me a download link and that solved the problem.

They were very helpful and cut to the chase quickly.

I was able to find an email for tech support. Received a quick response for a download - now it works like a charm.
