I have a new Dell Studio laptop with Windows Vista 64 bit and Adobe Premiere Elements v. 7 installed. I have a video project in PE that I want to burn to a DVD but I get the message, "No burners detected". I have a TSST Corp DVD +/- RW TS-T633A ATA Device that I've otherwise used successfully. Any help would be appreciated:) because having a project ready and not be able to burn it to a DVD is very frustrating.

Thanks!

Maybe you need a driver update. I dont know alot about this kind of thing. But when i had a similar issue. I did a search on driver updates for my burner. If it is new DELL should be able to help with this issue. Just an uneducated opinion. Brighter minds may follow with more helpful info.

I purchased an HP computer, Vista, 64 bit about 2 weeks ago. I returned it to Best Buy when I was unable to make my recovery disks. They discovered that the DVD-RW drive was not plugged into the mother board. I hope your problem is as simple to fix. Good luck!
