Does anyone know what the effect on the attached picture is called and if there is a tut out for it?

Hi Andy,
It's called High Key photography or for post processing, there's a porcelain effect that has a similar look. Here's a before and after example of a photo I applied an action to called Photoblast EZ Action Porcelain, found here:

Hi,
Is there a way in PSE7 to get a similar result as there are soooooo many possibly add-ons it would take forever to get them all?

All of the items that Diana pointed out at EZ Actions work in PSE7. In fact, everything at ezactions.com works in PSE 2 - PSE7. :)

I remember seeing a video several months ago with this exact effect altho no plugins were required. am searching for it
