Can I use PSE5 to update galleries set up with Cs3?

The local service club I belong to had someone set up a website for us including some photo galleries. This person used Cs3 to set up the galleries. I am now responsible for maintaining this site and adding new photo galleries. I only have PSE5. When I create and FTP a new gallery, the web site can't find it. There is javascript that is looking for a "gallery.swf" file. Plus it looks like the folder structure is all different with PSE5.
Any ideas?
