Adding text to photos

I would like to add text in such a way as it may look like two kids talking - like they do in the comics. I know that these - like talk boxes exist because I have used them and now I can't find them in elements 6 - Help :)

There are talk bubbles under Custom Shapes, Willie.

Hi Willie,

Activate the Custom Shape tool (the blue heart icon in the Toolbox). In the Options bar you'll see a a window labeled "Shape". Click on the arrow next to it to bring up the Elements Shape Picker. Several shapes will come up automatically. Then click the double arrows at the upper-right corner of the ESP window. Scroll down the pull-down menu and choose Talk Bubbles.
