Recording video tutorials

The video tutorials on this site are very cool. I'd really like to try my hand at this!

What program does this ? I use Win XP

We use Camtasia on the PC and Snapz Pro on the Mac. Camtasia is from Tech Smith and also comes with video editing software etc.
