Vista - problem

I have change from XP to Vista and there are some things I don´t know how to solve.

I got photoshop elements on C but I load down stuff on an other disc with nore space. Now when I try to load in things in PSE the program tells me that i don`t have permission to do so?

I can´t move things from my extern disc to C-disc. With pictures an so on the program just want me to click on continue but with this I can´t do anything. I only get "try again".

How can I solve this?

I am no expert with Vista, but my guess is that you have to log into vista
as 'admin' and not your own name.. Hope you understand what I mean

Which version of Elements are you using?

Version 5 needs a patch to work with Vista.

Versions 6 & 7 work just fine with Vista straight from the box.
