How do I print grid lines? I have a photo I want to paint and i want to use the grid to transfer to the canvas. I used edit>preferences>.grid and set the color>black but when I print the grid does not print.

Hi,

You can use the Custom Shape tool to draw a grid (the little blue heart on the Toolbar). In the Custom Shape Picker, select "Tiles" and then "Grid". Drag it over your image. You can use any color you want. When you print your image, the grid will be visible.

Hi Abshacc,
if a 9 square grid is too big you could set the PSE grid to whatever you need.
Then turn on the snap to grid feature and make your own lines by copying the grid.
Holding the shift key while drawing the lines will keep them straight and snap to keeps it acurate.
