Elements 7 and Vista 64

Can anyone help? Im not a computer geek however my elements 7 has been working just fine untill now. I re-instulled the program, asked mirosoft to help(no help) and trying to get Adoble help(ha) so I'm asking the people that have used the program. Windows states that the editor has stopped working and closes the program. I checked to see if a new windows update would have placed something that may have stoped the program but the last update the program was working. I also tryed loading both raw and jpeg files and nothing would work. However the program is working just fine on my lap top that runs Vista 32.

Could you have installed some other piece of software recently? Whether intentionally or not? Take a look at your task manager (ctrl-alt-del) and see what is running. Look at both processes and applications. Maybe something is causing the conflict. Do the same on your laptop and compare to see if anything jumps out. That is where I would start. Good Luck.
