Can someone please help me out here. Is there a way using elements 7 to do a painted like portraits? I'm looking to do the "pin-up" style as in the 50's. I have photos of a model in proper dress with older cars. They look great, but I sure would like to make them, the smooth painted style.
Can it be done?? Or is there software that can work with elements? I would prefer to do it on elements. Thanks for any help you send my way, Bill :)

I like pin-ups as well and found this link a while ago. I have never had the opportunity to do anything with it, so would be very interested to see how it works for you.

After I posted, I re-watched the video and realized it was in full PS, not PSE. But I think a lot of the effects he applies would be available to you. The video does move along fairly quickly, does it not?

I watched the video as well. The only thing that you may hit a snag on is when you come to the Load Luminosity portion of the tutorial. I tried the keyboard shortcut he used but it did not work. Now I have Elements+ loaded into PSE and it does this, but I don't know of a way to do it otherwise in PSE.

Other than that, everything should go ok.
