PSE 6.0 lock out after uploading to Shutterfly

HELP! Last week I attempted to use the "upload to Shutterfly" feature in PSE 6.o.

It froze up half way through uploading (middle of the night) and now when I try to open PSE it gives me the "send report to Microsoft" error and will not open the program.

Help anyone? Should I unistall it and reinstall?
I would lose an actions I have installed correct?
