What you need to keep in mind that the fonts "in PSE7" is also being shared by other programs that use fonts such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc. So, if you want to delete them, they will also be gone from those programs as well.

What I would do is place the fonts into a different folder. The fonts are housed under Control Panels > Fonts. Get the fonts that you do not desire and place them into another folder called "Extra Fonts" or something similar on your desktop or elsewhere.

Hi, here is a partial list of fonts NOT to delete.
I think there was a much longer list, cannot find it right now.
Basically proceed with caution.

To avoid deleting system fonts, here is a list from Microsoft's knowledge base:

Courier New (TrueType, including Bold, Italic and Bold Italic variations),
Arial (TrueType, including Bold, Italic and Bold Italic variations),
Times New Roman (TrueType, including Bold, Italic and Bold Italic variations),
Symbol (TrueType), Wingdings (TrueType), MS Serif and MS Sans Serif.

To get the list first hand go to here (http://support.microsoft.com)and use the article No. 314960 as a search term.
