Serious Catalog Issue

hello all. This is my first post and I could use some help.

I am using Elements 6.0 . My computer crashed and can only be used in safe mode and while in safe mode, Elements does not work!. I am trying to save my catalog, however, I cant locate the file. I did back up all my pictures, but i cant seem to get the catalog.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Your catalog(s) should be in a subfolder of this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\Catalogs

You are best off to copy the entire Catalogs folder.
