heey everyone.
i'd like to make an collage something simular likt this one.

1. Choose the photos and the background you want to use. Plan on what size to make the photos so they fit on the background.
2. Select each photo to make it active and put a stroke on it. Make the stroke as wide and the color you wish.
3. Move(drag and/or paste) the selected photo with the move tool onto the background and position it where you want it.
4. Follow the above with the other photos.
Make sure you put each photo on a separate layer so that you can move them around after they are all on the background.
To make this easier you should have all the elements with the same resolution.
If you don't, then you will have to resize them once they are on the background, and although this is simple it's a problem for a novice.
There are other ways, but this is the one I prefer.
Post back if you need more guidance.
