Custom Picture Packages in PSE 7.0

Hello there,
I have attempted to create a custom picture package by creating a .txt file in the layouts folder. For some reason, it does not appear in the layouts drop down box after I select picture package in Organizer. I must be doing something incorrectly, but I believe I followed the directions correctly that were posted on graficalicus.com. I did read a post regarding the paper size. Could that be an issue? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Is this the path you used in PSE7 for your .txt file?... I believe the location changed from Graffi's instructions for older versions.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0\Assets\layouts

You might post the text of your .txt file so someone might spot what may be wrong.
