View Full Version : It's that time of year in the US - Fireworks!

Once again I'm going to try my hand at getting some good Fireworks shots. We're lucky enough to have a pretty decent view of a nice display from a neighboring country club right from our backyard. Makes it easy to set up my tripod without crowds. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed hoping the clouds don't move in.

I found these two posts with tips - I'll be studying these to refine my skills!

Can't wait to see some fireworks photos.
Went to the thread from JoeM. He hasn't posted in a long time. I miss seeing his submissions. Has anyone heard from him? Hope he is ok & just too busy to post.
