PSE 5 Help please

I have been using my PSE 5 for quite some time on Vista. Now when I drag and drop a new layer - I no longer get the adjusting squares that are in the corner (along with the rototating square) on the new layer. Can you help me get them back?

Try selecting the Move Tool then hopefully you will have the bounding box again :)

Maybe you've inadvertently turned off the bounding box? With the Move tool selected make sure the box at the top that reads 'Show Bounding Box' is checked.
