I have used my frames and brushes on pictures and usually have to "play around" with the sizing. Sometimes the frame I use doesn't quite match up the the picture and then I end up cutting off part of the picture. Is there an easier way to match the frame to the picture? I;ve played around with merge with layer and I use Photoshop Elements 5. If I am using a template I've learned to hover the picture over the part of the template in the to snap it to the portion of the template. Thought that the same technique would work to get the frame and picture sized immediately. Any ideas? Just would make it easier. Thanks!
