actions palette

I just read a thread regarding actions for Mac Elements 6, but when I turn on my program I cannot find any such palette. Do I need to install a special program to have an actions palette appear on my screen?

I think that you probably just read a post from me where I was telling someone how to use actions in Photoshop not in Elements :)

Elements doesn't have an Actions Palette ..
