Tina, it looks fine to me.
I imagine that you will get some suggestions, however, if you're happy with the result don't change it.
Just keep in mind any suggestions you may think valid and incorporate them in your future work.

I can't see anything that I would change.
I noticed this (and commented on it) last night in your Gallery. I really like it.

Thanks you all, I am trying to spread my wings a little . My eye for design is not the best but I keep looking at all the good posts here and maybe something will rub off on me.:D

I love the colors and the overall feel of the page, I don;t care for the font though, it feels too small and for me it's not working, I would like something more like a large see through type font, something reminescent of the water, sort of tone on tone. Just a thought, otherwise, love it!

Tina, I like your result on this. I wouldn't change anything on it. Looks like you are learning alot.

I don't know if you should tweak your LO - it is pretty as is.

My only thought - a little bit of texture on the background - just a slight bit - so as not to distract the eye from the photo.

I agree with the comment about the font - something a little larger - with some see thru - might work nice, but the swirlyness of the font you chose seems to go with the photo well.

But, scrapping style is so subjective. The only person you need to satisfy is yourself.

Your scrapping style may evolve as you learn new techniques, but I think you have a great eye right now.

What did you do to make the photo look like that? It's very cool.

Do you mean the texture of the photo or the painted technique I used?
The painted technique was jut the old stand by from Westiemom/Anita that has been around for a long time. The texture of the photo, the kind of woven thng is a frame that I picked up somewhere long ago when I was still using PSE 4. Now I know enough that when I pick up something I try and put the name of where I got it along with the file so when people ask I can say for sure where it came from. We all learn those little lessons along the way.
I never thought of adding some kind of texture to the background, that may be just what it needs. The font , well just a font that seemed to work and I did not try to many from the hundreds of fonts that I have.
I value all the opinions of every one who takes the time to look at what I have done.

Tina - if you're new at this... it gives me incentive to try digital scrap booking. I had just decided to quit reading & looking in the scrap booking section as I was overwhelmed at the pages everyone is creating.

Your page is awesome!

I am not so new to Photoshop Elements but new to trying scrapbook pages. I am overwhelmed when I look at what others are doing too but I just have to remember to do what I can do and not try to be like everyone else. You have to develope your own style. I do get some very helpful tips from those who scrap all the time . Just keep trying.
