Hi all

I have a few pics that I would like to use, but the animal in the pic is facing the wrong direction for what I want. Is there a way to create a mirror image or reverse the pics in either iphoto or pse6?
It seems that you can rotate them in all directions........and you can create the mirror image if you use the create a book icon at the bottom of the iphoto screen, but I cant work out a way to save the mirror image pic from the book onto the desktop or anywhere else so I can use it.
Anyone got any ideas or answers????

Hi Angie ...

I would you Elements ... just export the image from iPhoto, open up Elements and open up the photo.
Then do Image>Rotate>Flip Horizonal
Next use File>Save As and save it with another name (that way you keep the original)

To create a "mirror image" try the following: Image > Rotate > Flip Horizontal (or Flip Vertical). Now this will affect all the layers in your photo.

If you want to do just 1 layer, then do this: Image > Rotate > Flip Layer Horizontal (or Flip Layer Vertical).
