Raw file update

Sorry to be a nuisance:o I have had to do a complete restore to factory settings of my computer:mad: It has taken me a day and half to get anywhere near to where I was. However my raw (NEF) files are only showing an icon and not the photo. I know there is something I must do but don't know what. Also which folder do I put the 8bi in please. I am fed up to the back teeth with all this reinstalling:(

PS my email still won't work with Outlook either I am having to go throuhg my ISP.

if you log onto arcsoft and download there free raw thumb converter that should sort you out jon

If you click the Open Photoshop Folders, http://www.elementsvillage.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=246&noignore=0&postid=18902#post18902 the 8bi folder would open. It work on both XP and Vista.

Thank you everything is now back to normal - I think :eek::D apart from me, of course;)
