I Need Help

Greetings. Just found this -- where have I been ??? I am having a BIG problem saving my images in Photoshop Elements 5.0 after I edit them. The message that I get is: Could not complete our request because of a program error. This is a brand new problem.....have deleted and then reloaded program.....any helpers ??????

Annielou, can you provide a bit more info, like the exact steps you are following to save your files.

After you edit a file, are you trying to save it as a PSD, JPG, TIF, etc.

Are you doing a File>Save As..., or File>Save

Does this happen if you load an existing image (say a JPG, then edit, then try to resave as JPG, or PSD, etc.)?

Does the same thing happen if you start a brand new blank document, and try to save it?

So Elements was working OK before ... have you installed something new recently ??
