I just bought and installed a Kodak ESP3se printer. If I use PSE7 to print a 4x6 picture to the Kodak printer it prints crooked by about 5 degrees. If I go into the Kodak print app and print the same 4x6 picture it prints straight as it should. I have been able to reproduce this 8 times. It is not so noticeable if you print with a border, but borderless you get a diagonal white space on all 4 sides. It is not a mechanical thing since it is always bad with PSE7 and always good with the Kodak app. Any ideas anyone?
